All items purchased from IntegraHome and their potential returns are subject to these terms and conditions, as well as our warranty and return policy.
Currency and Payment
All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Purchases made through this website will be charged in Canadian Dollars, and will be converted to your local currency using exanche rates provided by your credit card issuer.
Shipping & Damage Claims
We will ship using your choice from the option presented to you at checkout. Prices estimated directly from the courier services based on the address, contents and order size. In some cases such as oversize/overweight shipments or remote locations we may require additional payment for shipping, in which case we will notify you prior to shipping.
Please let us know if us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the packageand be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping materials. You may be asked to take pictures of the shipment, items and damage as needed. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.
Errors & Omissions
We have made all efforts possible to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions. In the rare case of an error, additional freight required or verification required we will contact you prior to shipping the order and issuing the invoice. Orders are not binding until reviewed and invoiced. All images and photographs on our site are for illustration only.
Disclaimer of Warranties and limitation of Liability
Although we may have provided you with initial guidance on a certain product, IntegraHome Systems will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the user of this site, products purchased from this site or anything relating to business conducted with IntegraHome shall be Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

We want you to be completely satisfied, so IntegraHome Systems Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee on your purchases, provided that prior to returning any item(s), you complete our return request form to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns MUST be pre-approved, and must be returned complete with original documentation, accessories and packaging in original condition or additional restocking charges will be levied at our discretion. New unopened merchandise returned within 30 days will receive a full refund less our shipping costs. Merchandise that has been opened but is complete can be sold as new will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise that has been installed, used, marred, altered, or damaged can not be returned. Our money back guarantee does not include freight charges to or from our office. We will deduct the actual freight cost incurred to ship your order, from your return. Special orders, software, batteries, DVR cards, and books are not eligible for credit or refund. Parts marked as Special Orders are not returnable, but of course can be exchanged if defective.
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of returned item(s) by couriers, so we suggest that you insure your shipments and ensure they can be traced with a delivery signature for your protection.
Defective Product Returns and Warranties
Please fill out our return request form and provide the part number, date of purchase and invoice number to receive a return authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any defective merchandise. Returns sent back without authorization will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with a similar model or in some cases we may refer your case to the manufacturer for support at our discretion. Some manufacturers (eg. D-Link) require the end user to deal with them directly for warranty support, and we will honour their procedures where applicable.
We offer free technical support on product purchased directly from IntegraHome Systems. For products purchased from other resellers or other online stores please contact your place of purchase or the equipment manufacturer. Our free technical support is meant to help answer initial set-up questions and to help if something goes wrong. We reserve the right to limit technical support at our sole discretion and where we feel the customer requires more support than we can provide in a reasonable time by telephone or email. We may recommend the customer to hire IntegraHome or another local professional installer to complete the work in situations where a safety hazard or liability is possible. If we are unable to solve a problem we will request the customer/installer to contact the manufacturer for additional support.
Refused and Undeliverable shipments
Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, missing buzzer codes, no-one available to sign, etc. that are returned to us by the courier will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment and the original freight cost. If the customer requests that these orders be re-shipped, we will waive the 15% restocking charge.
At this time, all IntegraHome services including customer service, support, and web services are offered in English only.
